Contact forms

Information used on contact forms are for booking purpose with Pop it Events. Your name, address, email and other personal information is required for delegation of purchases. Pop it Events is committed to your privacy and we will always keep the information you elect to provide to us confidential. All contact information is used per transaction, meaning a new form will be issued each transaction.

General Decor Policy

Please read these Decor Policies (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Policies”) carefully before using any services provided by Pop it Events. Your use of our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, customers and others who wish to use the Service.
By commissioning or using Pop it Events you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you should not use services provided by us. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Disclaimer

Pop it Events creates custom garlands and props for any occasion. All costs reflect a rental period of 12-24 hours. Our Pop it team will assemble and disassemble setups at an aggreged time. Latex balloons are kept by the customer. Additional charge for disassembly will be implemented if clean up is required after event.

Reservation of Serve

To reserve with Pop it Events, a contact form will be completed by the customer, rental terms and conditions may be delivered with the invoice depending on customers request for service, along with a required non-refundable retainer of 50% to reserve the date and items requested. The cost of services will be indicated on customer invoice and payment is due as stated. Complete payment is due 1 week or 5 days prior to the event or pick up of rentals, whichever comes first!

Service Retainer: Pop it Events holds a non-refundable retainer of $50 to reserve your date and time to prevent other potential customers from booking. This is applied to the final balance and not billed at an additional cost, unless there are damages of units upon pick up (see damages for more information).

Deposits: All Deposits include the non-refundable service retainer. Customers are required to pay 50% of balance shown on their invoice by indicated date to guarantee service availability.

Payment: All events planned two or more weeks in advance will have the option of 50% deposit to reserve with final payment at the stated date on invoice. Customers with events less then two (2) weeks notice are required to pay full balance upon retrieving invoice to hold their date and time! Pop it Events understands security of payment and personal information is very important, which is why at this time we accept payments via E-Transfer to popitevents0@gmail.com or direct payment via credit card through the invoice to avoid unnecessary exposure of your information.

Booking: Pop it Events only considers events “booked” after the deposit or full balance is paid by designated date stated on invoice. If customer allows quotes or invoice to expire, it is understood the event date and time will become available for other clients and any discounts or promotions will be invalid.

Planning: Pop it Events offers 2 planning hours with each customer including but not limited to consultation, venue review, research or revisions needed. Additional planning hours will be charged at $50/hour. Additional planning hours may include, but are not limited to, research, revisions, meetings or additional conversations via email or phone for the purpose of design. Pop it Events reserves the right to waive any fee or additional costs for larger events or as deemed necessary by Pop it Events.

Decor and Equipment

All re-usable equipment, including but not limited to, backdrops, props, lighting, poles, fabric, flowers etc., are the property of Pop it Events and must remain on site for pickup at specified time and date. The customer is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. All rentals are previously recorded before delivery and assessed at pickup. A signature is required by the customer in agreement of prop condition. If our equipment is damaged, misplaced or stolen, the client agrees to be billed for any repairs or replacement cost of the item(s) at our determined price.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All clients retain the right to cancel at anytime before delivery or event date, whichever comes first, however, a cancellation fee applies if less then 72 hours notice is given or request of any custom work. *Refunds will be calculated based on specific purchases from the clients order, including but not limited to custom balloons and accessories if applicable, as well as accumulated time invested into your event, such as consultations, site visits and research. All cancellations must be completed via email. Refund total will be considered as follows:

  • *The service retainer is non-refundable.
  • Refunds requested with more than 3 weeks to the event: total monies paid minus retainer. *
  • Refunds requested less then 3 weeks to the event: Maximum of 50% of the balance is refundable. *
  • Refund requested less than 72 hours: Maximum 25% of refundable balance. *
  • No refund is applicable 24 hours, 1 day or after delivery has been made and accepted.

Due to the circumstances following Covid-19.  We are lenient to reschedule, or offer raincheck up to 2 years from reserved date!
